Vegetable and Turmeric Soup

Ingredients:

  • 1 zucchini
  • 2 carrots
  • 1 leek
  • 1 small potato
  • 1 teaspoon turmeric
  • Olive oil, salt

Preparation:

  1. Wash and cut the vegetables into large pieces (you can use a food processor).
  2. Place them in a pot with water and salt, add the turmeric and a dash of oil.
  3. Cook for 20 minutes, blend if you prefer.
