Vegetable and Turmeric Soup

Ingredients:
- 1 zucchini
- 2 carrots
- 1 leek
- 1 small potato
- 1 teaspoon turmeric
- Olive oil, salt
Preparation:
- Wash and cut the vegetables into large pieces (you can use a food processor).
- Place them in a pot with water and salt, add the turmeric and a dash of oil.
- Cook for 20 minutes, blend if you prefer.
