Oven-Baked Chicken with Sweet Potato and Rosemary

Ingredients:

  • 2 chicken thighs
  • 1 large sweet potato
  • Fresh or dried rosemary
  • Olive oil, salt, pepper

Preparation:

  1. Preheat the oven to 200°C (392°F).
  2. Cut the sweet potato into thick slices (or use pre-cooked sweet potato).
  3. Place the chicken and sweet potato on a baking sheet, add rosemary, oil, salt, and pepper.
  4. Bake for 40 minutes.

💡 Tip: Use kitchen shears to cut the chicken if you find it easier than a knife.
