Oven-Baked Chicken with Sweet Potato and Rosemary

Ingredients:
- 2 chicken thighs
- 1 large sweet potato
- Fresh or dried rosemary
- Olive oil, salt, pepper
Preparation:
- Preheat the oven to 200°C (392°F).
- Cut the sweet potato into thick slices (or use pre-cooked sweet potato).
- Place the chicken and sweet potato on a baking sheet, add rosemary, oil, salt, and pepper.
- Bake for 40 minutes.
